Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a service and select Add to order. On the order page, enter your name, email and phone number, add any notes about your scholarship or deadline, then pay securely with Paystack. You can order several services at once.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Every service shows its turnaround, and where an express option exists its price and speed are shown too. Longer academic projects run on a custom timeline, which our team confirms with you.

Question 3

What information do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Enough detail for the document to be accurate: the programme or scholarship, your background and achievements, any existing draft or CV, your deadline and any word limit. Add what you can in the order notes. Our team will ask for anything else on WhatsApp. For recommendation letters we also need details about your referee and your work together.

Question 4

Can I request revisions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the writing services. The revision rounds are listed under What's included on each service.

Question 5

How is my information protected?

Accepted Answer

We don't sell your personal data and we only share it with service providers that help us run Nexea. Your card details are handled by Paystack and are not stored on our servers.

Question 6

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Prices are in Nigerian naira and payments are processed by Paystack. You can pay in full, or pay 50% now and the balance before your completed document is delivered. Ordering two or more services gives a bundle discount, which is shown on your order page before you pay.

Question 7

Can you help with a specific scholarship?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us which scholarship you are applying for in the order notes or on WhatsApp so the document is prepared for it. If you arrive from a scholarship page on Nexea, we add it to your order notes automatically.

Question 8

How do recommendation letters work?

Accepted Answer

A recommendation letter is drafted from details about you and your referee. It must reflect your referee's genuine views, and your referee must review, edit and approve it before it is submitted.

Question 9

Do you guarantee admission or a scholarship?

Accepted Answer

No. Selection decisions belong to the university or scholarship provider, and no writing service can promise an outcome. We help you present your own background clearly and accurately. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for following your institution's or the provider's rules on external writing help.
