"Sciences Po in France pays for the full two years of your Master's if you are an African student under 35 with no Master's yet. You ask to be checked for eligibility first, then apply to a Sciences Po Master's with the fee waived. Getting admitted does not automatically give you the scholarship, so both parts of your application matter."
There are two rounds. Apply by 23 November 2026 for an admission decision by 11 February 2027, or by 14 December 2026 for a decision by 1 April 2027.
Nigerian citizens are African citizens, so they can apply if they meet the other criteria. Confirm the current citizenship wording on the official page, since some sources say Sub-Saharan Africa.
The programme office is at info.mcfsp@sciencespo.fr
